The Kaiser for Hogan
(NEW YORK) The upcoming collaboration between Karl Lagerfeld and the Tod’s Group-owned Hogan was announced earlier this year, but as the debut date approaches (Paris fashion week!), more details about the project have begun to emerge. Hogan by Karl Lagerfeld—which is said to be a one-time collaboration only—is a Spring 2011 capsule collection, including accessories and ready to wear. In addition to pieces that are pure Karl, Lagerfeld will reinterpret iconic Hogan pieces for the collection, which will be presented in a short film (starring Abbey Lee? Freja? The Daily can only guess…) created by the Chanel, Fendi, and Lagerfeld Collection designer. Hogan by Karl Lagerfeld will bow at an event in Paris on October 2.
