(NEW YORK) Just in time for a new wave of cheery weather, Zimmermann is opening its first U.S. stand-alone store at 112 Greene Street. The spring/summer concept boutique, which opens its doors today, will stock both the swimwear that made the brand famous and it’s ready-to-wear, which includes draped dresses and jumpsuits, separates, resortwear, and accessories such as footwear, handbags, children’s mini maillot and bikinis, and a new jewelry line. Though the shop is technically a pop-up, running only until June 30, a permanent U.S. retail location is in the works. Currently, the 19-year-old brand maintains 13 standalone stores in Australia, the home country of designers and founders Nicky and Simone Zimmermann.
