(NEW YORK) Robert Clergerie has appointed Eva Taub as the luxe French shoe label's latest chief executive officer. Taub most recently helmed Christian Dior Couture's leather division, handling a wide spate of capacities at the gig, including design, merchandising, marketing, and supply chain matters. On the design side, Clergerie named Roland Mouret as creative director in 2011. With Taub now running the show business-wise, expect the 127-year-old label to ramp up its revamping efforts.
