Rapprochement Between Roitfeld and Ghesquiere?
(PARIS) The first day of the couture collections is officially fini. Where was newly-installed French Vogue editrix Emmanuelle Alt, you ask? In the front row, of course. And where was Carine Roitfeld, who is presumably cleaning out her office? Conspicuously absent. However! Last Wednesday, she was spotted at l'Hotel, having drinks with none other than Nicolas Ghesquiere. Remember, Balenciaga famously banned Roifeld and French Vogue from attending the show in March 2010; the brand also ceased advertising in the magazine. Discuss!
