High-backed leather suiting followed with corsets, exaggerated bell bottoms on sleeves and trousers, and a sweeping cape for good measure. What next? Voluminous, silver Renaissance gowns, fringed frocks, and ruffled shirting inspired by "Latin American cockfighting"---all of which were deftly fused into a cohesive lineup. Now that's impressive.
