Oscar de la Renta To Launch New Collection
(NEW YORK) Oscar de la Renta is expanding his empire with a lower-priced capsule for Net-A-Porter's sister site, The Outnet. The 24-piece offering will retail for a fraction of the cost of the designer's core collection, maxing out at $1,295 for a coral silk faille trapeze gown. And there's more where that came from. The collection will feature 11 dresses in total, ranging from a classic ladies-who-lunch shift dress to a candy-colored floral frock—all crafted from patterns and fabrics of seasons past. Oscar de la Renta for The Outnet is slated to debut on February 26th with Olivia Palermo as the face of the collection. Previously, The Outnet has collaborated with Alexander McQueen, Anna Sui, and Erdem.
