Worried about inhaling airborne pollutants or toxic gases? Mexican designer Gianfranco Reni wants you to know you can be both safe and chic in an emergency situation. As part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Mexico City (going on maintenant---how did we miss that one?), Reni put a look down his runway that included the most glamorous gas mask we've ever seen.
