(NEW YORK) The British Fashion Council has just announced the nominees for the 2010 British Fashion Awards, and comme toujours, the list is full of heavy hitters (Burberry!) and buzzy young Brit-based designers (Mary Katrantzou!), picked by the British Fashion Council Press Committee jury, including chair and editor in chief of Harper’s Bazaar UK Lucy Yeomans, editor in chief of Vogue UK Alexandra Shulman, and BFC Ambassador for Emerging Talent Sarah Mower.
