(NEW YORK) Oh, that Twitter! The blogosphere went wild Wednesday afternoon when rumors that Harper's Bazaar editor-in-chief Glenda Bailey had been fired hit newsfeeds. Then, even more rumors started fluttering...that Hearst was laying off 100 people. Today. "Completely false," countered a Hearst spokesperson. On which count? "Both." Gosh, that internet must be annoying. Will the rumors continue? Yes. But with these sorts of things, the proof's in the press release. Stay tuned!
