Felipe Oliveira Baptista in at Lacoste
(NEW YORK) With former creative director Christophe Lemaire taking the reins at Hermès come October, the top spot at Lacoste was left wide open—until now. Felipe Oliveira Baptista has been named the new artistic director of the sportswear brand, effective tomorrow. Lacoste's Fall 2011 runway show on Saturday, September 11 at 10.a.m. at Lincoln Center will be Lemaire's final show as creative director at the label.
