Dasha Zhukova, Kova & T designer and editor-in-chief of London's fashion-forward glossy Pop, whipped out a mere $19,500,000 mid-January to purchase this not-so-dainty domicile. (She also resides on Kensington Church Street in a London penthouse, estimated at a mere $2,400,000.) The new wraparound villa, just off of L.A.'s hoity-toity Bird Street, houses everything a wealthy Russian debutante would need--15 rooms, 6 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a billiard room, a sun room, a screening room, staff quarters...you get the picture.
