Chanel Iman Signs With IMG

(NEW YORK) The start of the casting week wouldn’t be complete without at least one thunderous agency power move by a supermodel. Chanel Iman officially joins the board of IMG, following a brief seven month stint at Supreme Model Management. “Everything about Chanel Iman defines fashion and beauty,” said IMG’s SVP Ivan Bart. “We are very excited to manage her career moving forward.”

The 19 year-old Iman is one of the most recognizable American faces following her impressive four-year work portfolio that includes appearances on every single major runway and global editorial. Last November, Iman signed a three-year contact with Victoria’s Secret, further increasing her presence on a national scale. “I feel like, with the move to Lincoln Center and Fashion’s Night Out going global, this season is all about change and evolving." said the model. "I have wanted that in my career as well, which is why I’m so excited to be with IMG now and working with such a great team. It’s the celebration of a new me."
