Collette Dinnigan - Paris Fall 2009
(PARIS) Collette Dinnigan looks better than ever, thanks to a Fall collection heavy on the pretty little pieces treated with dark colors and flashy embellishments. The well-edited collection of 24 looks--mostly in black, grey and shades thereof--exemplified gamine daywear at its sexiest and most sinister, with transparent lace blouses that are definitely not safe for work. Several deco elements, including sequined shoulder flourishes and a diamanté belt and collar, juiced up the eveningwear. The last look--a black gown with a tulle skirt and asymmetrical straps--will feel exactly right on a red carpet.
