Chic Report: This season, Christopher Bailey was loving the bundled-up characters featured in British painter L.S. Lowry’s colorful, wintry, street scenes--which translated into some of the chicest pieces we’ve seen all season! Mario Testino agreed, saying, “What better compliment for a designer than to know he put the audience in a good mood?”
