Moschino - Milan Fashion Week Spring 2008
(MILAN) The delays throughout yesterday's show schedule caused such a domino effect that by the time Moschino arrived, the jam-packed scene meant some important editors had to stand as they watched this season's mix of futuristic pop rock and classic elegance. This season, a colorful fruit salad paraded down the runway with grape, blueberry, lime, and cherry hues. Designer Rosella Jardini exuded a retro sensibility and showed us that in her world, jumpsuits are back with a vengeance. Accessories were color-coordinated and dominated by bright patent leather looks. In the midst of a palette bursting with energy came a slew of more subdued feminine suits, jackets, tops, skirts, and dresses in grey, cream, black, and white with intricate detail and embellishment.-
