(NEW YORK) Michael Kors Inc.'s pattern of growth shows no signs of slowing. Today, the company announced the recent appointment of Kristen Campbell as senior director of global marketing, a new position. She will oversee all marketing, media planning, brand management, strategic partnerships and internet activities for Michael Kors, including social media.

A seven and a half year veteran of Calvin Klein, Campbell most recently served there as media director for the Americas. Prior to that, she spent three years as a media planner at Kenneth Cole. Campbell will report to Billy Daley, vice president of global communications. "Kristen is an amazing talent, and I am honored to have her as a part of my team," said Daley. "Our company is in a period of tremendous growth and having someone with business acumen, experience and knowledge such as hers will be an amazing asset as we take the business to the next level."
