Betsey Makes the Grade!
Betsey, please move to the head of your class. The National Arts Club’s Fashion Committee chose the fiercely original Betsey Johnson as this year’s recipient of The Medal of Honor for Lifetime Achievement in Fashion. Johnson will receive the award on Tuesday, October 13th during the awards ceremony banquet at the National Arts Club. Johnson is sure to zest up the black-tie affair with an array of lepoard print, polka dots and tulle. Congratulations, Betsey! This is quite a feather in her cap. Or rather, a feather in her boa.
