(NEW YORK) Time magazine’s stylish spinoff may be no more. The Kate Betts-helmed title Time Style & Design will suspend publication after its current issue, which hits newsstands today. The publication lost 75% of its ad pages in the last year—but a magazine spokeswoman said that should the ad climate improve, the concept could be revisited. Once a bimonthly magazine, Time Style & Design had recently been cut to a quarterly. Four editorial staffers have been laid off, but Betts will remain at Time as a contributing editor, and will continue to cover global fashion weeks for time.com.
