Make Me Over
(NEW YORK) Champagne, A-listers, and musical performances are wonderful things--but Fashion’s Night Out is supposed to be about shopping, non? Loft and the entire BCBGMaxAzria group have kept that mission in mind, and have enlisted the help of expert stylists to dress shoppers to the nines. Loft’s Times Square store will have Mary Alice Stephenson on hand, offering fashion advice and styling tips to shoppers browsing Loft’s Fall Five Style Makers, a selection of must-have wardrobe additions.
At the BCBGMaxAzria flagship store on Fifth Avenue, more expert stylists will be present to dress guests in the brand’s new fall looks, but partygoers’ wardrobes won’t be the only things getting makeovers. From 8 to 10 p.m., a hair and makeup team will recreate the fall runway’s beauty looks on clients, while 10 special honorees from the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fun will get a head-to-toe makeover, complete with one fall ensemble. Stylists will also be holding court at the Hervé Léger by Max Azria and Max Azria boutiques, while Joyce Azria, daughter of Max and creative director of BCBGeneration, will be styling at Lord & Taylor.
