Bulgari Gems, Stateside!

Comments | | Print

(NEW YORK) If last month’s Bulgari birthday celebration in Rome whet your appetite for all things shiny and luxe, you’re in luck. The iconic jeweler has teamed with Christies to auction 11 one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry and 7 limted-edition watches, valued in total at around $4 million. After the collection travels the world (it’s currently at the Il Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome, where the 125th anniversary celebration took place), the baubles will land stateside in New York at the end of the year, where Christie’s will take over and the adoring public will be able to make their bids. The auction begins at 8 p.m. on December 8. And as though the satisfaction of your stunning new collector’s item weren’t enough, all proceeds will be donated to Save the Children’s Rewrite the Future campaign, dedicated to educating the over 8 million children living in conflict-affected areas.
