(NEW YORK) Alan T. Ennis is the new president and CEO of Revlon, replacing David Kennedy, who will now be a senior executive vice president at MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc.--Revlon's largest shareholder and firm owned by Ron Perelman.

Chris Elshaw has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer at Revlon. He was formerly executive VP and general manager of the U.S.

Steven Berns joins the Revlon team as its new executive vice president, CFO and treasurer.
