Gilles Bensimon's New Gigs

(NEW YORK) Famed fashion photog Gilles Bensimon may have shot Faith Hill for Redbook, but the former Elle creative director hasn’t exactly “landed” there, as WWD reported today. In fact, the shoot was just one of many projects he’s been working on for outlets in the U.S. and Europe, from Marie Claire to Madame Figaro...to the print edition of The Daily! (Technically, it wasn’t even his first cover shoot since leaving Elle--an honor that belongs to Marie Claire and Beyoncé, although the issue hasn’t hit stands yet.) “After so many years of marriage, I’m not ready to date exclusively yet,” Bensimon joked. “I’m young enough to know better.” Oh, and did we mention that the daily postcards he emails out to a select list of international chicsters are being packaged into a book with an accompanying show in Dublin?
