(NEW YORK) Parsons and Columbia business school students may have more in common than you’d think: students in both schools have been collaborating in an interdisciplinary class, “Design and Marketing of Luxury Goods,” to develop new ideas not only on the creation of products, but analyzing their markets and customer bases. Tomorrow, their work will come to a head when the students unveil their final projects to top executives from the likes of Cartier, Christian Dior, Hermès, Lalique, and Louis Vuitton and Luxottica. The students will face real-world issues as they present their work at Columbia Business School, focusing on service strategies all the way through the retail process.
