In With The New at CFDA
(NEW YORK) The Diane Von Furstenberg-helmed Council of Fashion Designers of America will enjoy several new points of view, as three designers have joined the council’s director’s board as four depart due to the rotational schedule. Tory Burch, David Yurman and only one half of the design duo behind Rag & Bone, Marcus Wainwright, will be joining the council, whose members include Ralph Lauren, Derek Lam, Francisco Costa, Oscar de la Renta, Michael Kors and Isabel Toledo. John Varvatos, Robert Lee Morris, Kate Spade and Joseph Abboud will no longer be active on the board, but they will keep their titles as directors emeritus. Expect to see the accomplished crop at the CFDA Fashion Awards on June 15.-
