(NEW YORK) Francisco Costa is one of the most universally loved figures in the fashion industry, but who knew he was such a hit with the (chic) college crowd as well? In addition to being honored by Parsons this year at the school's annual Fashion Benefit, the Calvin Klein Collection women's creative director will speak at an F.I.T. event this evening. Costa, 2008’s CFDA Womenswear Designer of the Year and alum of houses from Bill Blass to Balmain, will converse with director and chief curator of The Museum at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Valerie Steele, at the Katie Murphy Amphitheatre from 7-9 p.m..
