Hollywood to Bollywood

Comments | | Print

(NEW YORK) Roberto Cavalli knows a thing or two about the luxury fashion industry’s relationship with Hollywood, and now he’s taking his expertise global. At the International Herald Tribune’s annual luxury business conference, themed “Sustainable Luxury,” Cavalli will take the podium to speak about “Bollywood vs. Hollywood”--a discussion of the two most influential movie industries and their important connection to the fashion industry. The conference will be held at the Imperial Hotel in New Delhi, India, from March 24 to March 26, and the designer will take advantage of his time in the country to take care of some other business. Cavalli will visit the Just Cavalli boutique in New Delhi, the first and the only Cavalli-branded flagship in India, which opened last September.
