(PARIS) The Kaiser lightened up this season, with a well-edited collection of lean strapless frocks, cheeky short/blouse combos, and ruffled-shoulder numbers--all in the same type of micromini. Hip-hiding, thigh-flattering shorts emerged as a new basic, while shoulders were either entirely exposed or rounded out with a sculpted sleeve. All Lagerfeld needs now? A bit more U.S. distribution--this stuff would fly off the shelves in New York.
