D&G - Milan Spring 2010
(MILAN) D&G was a fascinating hybrid of British cowgirls, Doors songs, and a runway full off cowboy boots that looked like they came out of the Texas State Fair. It was a collection that successfully demonstrated the duo's mastery of denim for their exclusive club of masses. Beyond that, there were leather patches, layered skirts, pretty lace tops, loose trench coats, and oversized boy jackets. Clearly, the designers want to see a Wild West remake--shot on the rough streets of Brick Lane in London.
