Return of The Daily Style Sessions
(NEW YORK) Beginning Sunday, September 9 and spanning until Tuesday, September 11, we provided an exclusive oasis to loyal Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week attendees. Across from Lincoln Center, the private rooftop of The Empire Hotel was host to this year's Daily Style Sessions. Enjoying Belvedere Vodka, Disaronno, and Clos du Bois Rouge and Chardonnay, guests and celebrities (because you can't consider celebrities just guests) including Paris Hilton, Kristin Chenoweth, Kelly Bensimon, Dania Ramirez, Adrienne Bailon, Tinsley Mortimer, AnnaSophia Robb, Robert Verdi, Shenae Grimes, Nicky Hilton, Ramona Singer, Lauren Conrad, Caroline Manzo, Luann de Lesseps, Kevin Jonas and wife Danielle Deleasa, Jill Zarin, Lori Zaslow, Nicole Richie, Kelly Osbourne, and more drank, listened to music, and beautified.
What's a Daily Style Sessions without complimentary beauty treatments from vbeauté, Jimmy Coco, Modelinia's Catwalk Concierge, The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Oasis Day Spa, and Petra Strand and Pixi?! While receiving beauty treatments, guests tried not to ruin their freshly painted nails while jamming to DJs Theophilus London, Paul Sevigny, Vactioner, Mr. Watsocn, Andrew W.K., Jimmy Jimmy, Ra Ra Riot, Wynter Gordon, and Deluka. Once primped and pampered with massages, make-overs, and manis, guests experienced Downy Infusions' new elegant look and long-lasting, luxurious scents and checked out Chantelle Lingerie intimates and Hanes Hosiery.
With the hustle and bustle of fashion week, we offered a revitalizing vitamin boost with Berocca, energizing Monsters, refreshing Vita Coco Coconut Water, bites from The Vault at Pfaff, snackable Luna Bars, and Baked By Melissa cupcake minis. For many blogger attendees, their Skinny Sours and Fashionistas were paired with a side of genius bar to upload their daily fashion week musings. Thank god for Socialyte.Co hosting blogging tutorials should they have had a few too many cocktails and forgotten Wordpress 101. Another style sessions savior: Bight Box, who kept everyone’s tweeting machines (AKA cell phones) charged, prepped and ready for that celebrity step and repeat moment. With all the goodies picked up along the way, ShopStyle saved the day with their ever-so-popular custom quote totes.
As we look back at this whirlwind week and the annual Style Sessions, we can't help but wonder how it passed by so quickly. We are left with the life-size celebrity signed Tic Tac mints box and our photos as memories of our fashion week retreat. *le sigh*
