“I wake up at 7 and brew two cups of black Illy coffee. On the way to the office, I sip 11.2 ounces of VitaCoco Water. At 10 a.m., Pellegrino is flowing—about 33.8 ounces before lunch. After lunch, another 11.2 ounces of VitaCoco Water. A shot of Nescafé espresso in the afternoon and 11.2 ounces of VitaCoco into the early evening. If it’s a been a good day of fittings, I have 5 ounces of red Bourgogne; if it’s been a great day of fittings, 6 ounces of Veuve Clicquot. Another 4 ounces of Pellegrino before bed.
