Now that we can no longer just walk in to 11 Madison Park---thanks, Times, for adding that 4th star---The Daily's new haunt is another Meyer mecca, Maialino. Today, Hayden Christensen was sitting in the bar area (hint: it's way chicer than the dining room), going over blueprints and floorplans with what appeared to be his mother and a real estate agent. Are he and Rachel Bilson setting up house in NYC?
