(NEW YORK) For some reason or another, the cognoscenti of New York's social scene at last tuned in to The Real Housewives of New York City on Tuesday--and the show has informed the talk of the town ever since. Suddenly, anything and everything concerning those...characters is exceptionally interesting. On Monday night, The Daily has learned, Jill Zarin, Alex McCord, LuAnn de Lesseps and Kelly Bensimon are hosting an event with Whole Foods Market and Teens Turning Green. The "eco-chic evening of fashion, makeovers and education" on Monday from 6-8 at Whole Foods Tribeca will boast plenty of guests, including Teen Vogue's beauty director Eva Chen, model/activist Summer Rayne Oakes and designer Bahar Sapar (not to mention several hundred local teens). But what about Bethenny Frankel? She's a natural food chef, after all--such an event would be wildly appropriate. Was The Incident at Monkey Bar more than a mere publicity stunt?
