(NEW YORK) Out of the designer's trifecta this season, Max Azria was perhaps the least satisfying. Postmodernism was a far-fetched theme for the collection that had its highlights and disappointments. The hits were the fresh looking peekaboo garments, softer looking cocktail dresses, and few sparkling red carpet fodders. The misses included miscalculated shapely dresses and awkward-looking metal embellished work.
