Croc Turns Pink

(NEW YORK) It's October, so don't even think about escaping that pink. Lacoste and Vogue hosted a party at the brand's Fifth Avenue location, helmed by hosts Rose Byrne, Aerin Lauder-Zinterhofer, Rose Byrne, Marisa Brown, Gigi Mortimer and Cynthia Lufkin. The premise: Shoppers enjoyed a first look at the Lacoste Pink collection, with 10% of proceeds benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. "I know a lot of women who have been affected by breast cancer and this is a great month," explained Byrne, who was outfitted in straight-from-the-runway Lacoste. "With this event especially, it's fashion, it's fun, it's shopping, it's what we all like to do." And how does the pastel hue suit her? "I have to say, I'm not afraid of pink," the Damages star assured. "I have a lot of pink shirts. My favorite magenta Miu Miu dress is in my closet, and I love anything pink with grey."

Gillian Miniter, Filipa Fino, Nicole Miller, Andrew Saffir and Daniel Benedict did their best to support the cause, and DJ Cassidy provided the soundtrack for the occasion with his pink Apple laptop. "Luckily, I have two computers at home," he smiled. "One is white, and the other is pink. And of course, in October, the pink's going out."
