(NEW YORK) Project Runway's executive producer and founder of Full Picture Desiree Gruber and husband, actor Kyle MacLachlan have welcomed their new bundle of joy. On Friday morning, Gruber gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Callum; he weighed 8 lbs, 6 oz.. Congratulations!
