An Office for Style

(NEW YORK) With A-list clients like Charlize Theron, Julianne Moore, Jennifer Connelly and Maggie Gyllenhaal, there's no question that Leslie Fremar has firmly established herself as a major stylist. Now the former Vogue staffer is moving her showroom from her West Village apartment down the block into a formal space on West 10th Street. Fremar said the basement space, formerly occupied by an NYU professor, should be renovated by sometime next week and ready to move in. What's more, Fremar will be sharing the space with friend and fellow stylist, Annabel Tollman, whose clients include Mariah Carey and Scarlett Johansson. "We're going to create a real work environment," said Fremar of the office-cum-fashion mecca, which will house a total of six staffers. "We're treating it like it's a store." Naturally, with design houses like Balenciaga, Stella McCartney, Chanel, Narciso Rodriguez and Dior on speed dial, the stylish duo have their bases covered--not to mention their pricy samples. Translation? They're insured, alarm-protected, and guarded by that requisite metal gate.
