Hogan's boutique fête benefiting the Surfrider Foundation

(NEW YORK) "I'll give you a little secret," whispered Lucy Sykes Rellie, who co-hosted a private shopping party at Hogan's SoHo boutique on Thursday night. "Everyone's loving these shoes! Mary Alice [Stephenson] has them, I'm wearing them, and Gucci [Westman] is buying them!"

The footwear in question? Lovely camel wedges from the Block Collection, with a portion of proceeds from the $425 shoes benefiting the Surfrider Foundation. While fellow host Westman signed for her purchase, co-host Tracy Taylor mingled with guests, including Mazdack Rassi, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, and Rag & Bone's David Neville and Marcus Wainwright. "I'm totally the lynchpin; I was like, 'If I'm gonna host, it's gonna be for something I love," the Marie Claire fashion director explained as she reminisced about surfing as a young girl in Malibu. "Girls didn't surf as much back then!"

Tod's USA chief executive Marco Giacometti was on hand. Three months into his new position, Giacometti was no stranger to the brand, having been the general manager of Tod's northern region in Europe. "The hosts are young, fresh, and dynamic, and tonight's charity is the right combination for the brand as a partnership," he affirmed.

While the evening was a celebration for the new collection of shoes and handbags, it was also a little personal fête for Westman, as earlier that day she was named Revlon's global artistic director. The party was a fitting way to end her day. "This whole day's been a celebration! I've been shopping, but if only there were enough hours in the day to shop everyday!" Neville was equally overjoyed. "We're going to celebrate this weekend, but she's got a lot of hard work ahead of her!" he said. "Lucky she's such a hard worker."

Molly Sims summed up the love of Hogan for all the guests who couldn't bring themselves to leave. "I just love Hogan," she sighed. "I accosted them for that purple bag I saw in a magazine!"
