How will YOU celebrate the start of spring?

(NEW YORK) While nominees and guests nibbled on mini artichoke fondues and parmesan mousse, fashion-philes celebrated the start of spring on the Rooftop Gardens at Rockefeller Center at the Swarovski CFDA cocktail party to announce the nominees for the CFDA Awards.

We asked some of our favorite fashion folk how they plan to celebrate the start of spring...

Stan Herman: "I'm very lucky in that I live on a body of water. This weekend, it's going to be spring fever galore, I am taking all my clothes off and going into the lake at least as far as my head."

Kate Spade: "I am really a winter person. I'll be mourning the end of snowy, blistery winter. I am the exact opposite of my husband. I suppose I like the idea of being barefoot in spring, but really, I'm storing everything up for fall."

Robert Burke: "Spring is in the air! I just got off a plane from Parrot Cay, so I am celebrating spring by jumpstarting the summer tan."

Lazaro Hernandez: "We just came back from Barbuda, Antigua. Barbuda, not Bermuda! We went horseback riding."

Selima Salaun: "I get back into shape immediately! I'll be running along the Hudson river, 4 times a week."

Doo-Ri Chung: "I have all my spring clothes picked out. I'll be wearing my stock, walking through the Brooklyn Botanical gardens."
