Slimane to Art + Commerce

The agency announces its representation of the designer and photographer

(NEW YORK) Ever since Hedi Slimane left Dior Homme last year, rumors have swirled about his future business plans. Yesterday, Art + Commerce announced that it will represent the artist. Slimane's photography has appeared in French Vogue, Vanity Fair, V, VMAN, Purple and Dazed & Confused and he has published nine books of photography. Slimane has also curated several art exhibitions and designed architectural spaces. He recently unveiled a furniture collection for Comme des Garçons. Under his new representation, Slimane will remain available for projects, while his photographs will be made available for licensing.
