No Show

(NEW YORK) Though New York's Fashion Week calendar is quickly filling up, one house is withdrawing from the schedule. Sass & Bide designers Sarah-Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton will sit this season out. The Aussie duo canceled their show last September as well, but returned to Bryant Park in February. Their show was scheduled for Wednesday, September 8th in Bryant Park. 

"After such an exciting year, we've decided to take a break from New York's Fashion Week this season, and focus our energies on a couple of new projects happening over the coming months. We look forward to the next," said Clarke and Middleton.  While she won't be presenting, Clarke will be showing--she is pregnant with baby number three. She and husband Daniel Baffsky have two sons, Bo and Arky.

Sass and Bide's absence leaves Alice McCall, who is showing for the first time in New York, as the only Australian designer at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
