Givenchy's My Love

(PARIS) Parfums Givenchy is adding a dose of sex appeal to its stable of scents, today announcing--and confirming an initial report in January--that Justin Timberlake will be the face of an all-new men's fragrance that will debut this fall. 
 
"Beyond his huge celebrity appeal, we chose Justin Timberlake because he is a world recognized trendsetter who redefines modern elegance," said Alain Lorenzo, president of Parfums Givenchy.

The complete project will be unveiled to the press in June and will be launched commercially in two stages, beginning this fall, with a worldwide rollout across 2009.

The last men's fragrance Givenchy launched was Very Irresistible for Men, which debuted in 2004.

The multi-talented Timberlake, who's already an accomplished singer and producer, not to mention a burgeoning actor, debuted William Rast, the clothing line he created with Trace Ayala, in October 2006. In his new role, he complements actress Liv Tyler, who's the current Parfums Givenchy celebrity spokesmodel.
