Sass & Bide a No Show

(NEW YORK) Heidi Middleton and Sarah-Jane Clarke, the designers behind the widely popular label Sass & Bide, have cancelled their fashion show scheduled for September 6 at 7 p.m., during New York's Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Bryant Park. The designers came to the mutual decision to sit this show week out after Middleton-who was diagnosed with breast cancer 12 days after the birth of her second daughter, Elke Bay, earlier this year-required continuing chemotherapy treatment. While the duo won't be taking a runway bow this fall, they're expected to be in New York in November to show their spring collection, and make their return to the runway next February.
