(NEW YORK) Misshapes maestro and international tastemaker Leigh Lezark has another official gig for her resume: model. Today, IMG's Models division (parent company of Fashion Week Daily) has announced representation of Lezark for modeling and endorsement opportunities.

"The Misshapes are not divorcing!" Lezark laughed of the party-producing DJ trio she began with Geordon Nicol and Greg Krelenstein in 2004. Recently, the group has scaled down their weekly gigs to focus on one monthly party. The next will be held on June 7 at the Tribeca Grand Hotel to coincide with the launch of their upcoming online magazine Misshapes.com. The new site will be replete with celebrity features, party photos and blogs--including one penned by the trio themselves. "We will focus on the music world, and how others relate to it," Lezark explained. "We're all growing, so only doing a monthly party gives us freedom to focus on the website and develop our own projects."

Lezark's turn at modeling is hardly new. She has appeared in the likes of Elle, V, Allure, Blender, Vogue and Teen Vogue, often blurring the line between model and celebrity. On the campaign front, Lezark was featured in the Roberto Cavalli for H&M isements and was photographed by Helena Christensen for the ONE Campaign.

"I'd love to work with the Meisels or Lagerfelds of the world," Lezark said. "It's in IMG's court to figure out a good match for me. I want to do things that make sense." First up: An upcoming story in POP, which was photographed recently in New York. "I wouldn't want to go down the path of somebody else," she mused. "I want to find my own way."
