Richie Rich to celebrate the release of his new CD and shoe line

(NEW YORK) Though Heatherette's raucous fashion shows may be a thing of the past, Richie Rich continues to push the envelope. Though the brand's publicists are no longer employed by the duo (translation? Splitsville is nearly official), Rich is going forward with his own endeavors. And oh, how they sparkle! The designing club kid is launching his first compilation album, Celebutante. The mix, which includes music by Richie, Madonna, the Scissor Sisters, Lil' Mama, and others, will hit stores in September. The album shares its name with the collection Richie is designing exclusively for mall chain Hot Topic. To celebrate the album's release, Richie will be heading to Miami for a performance at Mansion on July 19th, where he will also announce further plans for his new shoe line Rox & Riley.
