Stella McCartney
is getting sporty again: The designer has teamed up with Adidas on another line of sportswear. Entitled Adidas StellaSport, the line will be separate from her Adidas by Stella McCartney line and will be aimed at a younger audience.  McCartney’s original sportswear collab with Adidas is marking its-10 year anniversary, and clearly Adidas is pleased enough with the line’s success to expand her designs into a whole new collection. Adidas StellaSport will be differentiated not only by its more youthful appeal, but also by its bright colors and more affordable price points, which will range from $20 to $100.

The line will feature apparel, footwear, and accessories and is meant to be worn everywhere from the gym to the streets, in keeping with the booming athleisure craze. “The Adidas StellaSport girl is young, current and vibrant, looking to make a statement and stand out,” said McCartney in a statement. “We wanted to bring that to life within the collection and fuse performance with style.” McCartney describes the collection as “performance pop”; the collection will include tech-y fabrics like Climalite, a high-performance material with fast drying capabilities that will be used in sports bras, tanks, and tights. Adidas StellaSport will be available January 15th on Adidas.com.
