DKNY Spring 2016

by The Daily Front Row

It was Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne‘s much anticipated debut at DKNY today and they delivered, just as they did earlier in the week at their show for Public School, which everyone is buzzing about. The pintstripe, specifically seen on a strong shouldered jacket, was the focal point. They were accompanied by nifty tie on skirts, which were especially fun when pleated. The lapels of a suit jacket became a skirt, an oversized jacket was worn with a mini skirt, and a take on a men’s undershirt became a jumpsuit. It was cool and very, very New York, which is what this label is all about. DKNY’s new era: We like.
