Tory Burch - New York Spring 2010
(NEW YORK) Not many contemporary designers have a clearer brand that Tory Burch. Thank her Reva ballet flats with the signature T logo, or thank her unwaveringly preppy aesthetic, but Tory's fans know they won't come into a presentation and be faced with too many surprises. That's not to say that she'll bore you, however. A studded leather skirt may not scream preppy summer fare, but topped with a sweet cardigan and placed next to a pair of eyelet shorts or a classic oxford, and it fits. Metallic tweeds, gingham suits, bright florals and a striped blazer all made for classic looks with just the right amount of quirk.
