Fendi - Milan Fall 2007
(NEW YORK) The daytime ensembles were minimal at Fendi this season; skinny pants and high waisted pencil skirts provided the backdrop for voluminous tunic tops with wide, occasionally tulip-shaped sleeves, mostly in black or white, with a panoply of wide leather waist-cinchers providing the bulk of the outfits' visual punch. But if the clothes played second fiddle to the coats, it was with good reason. Nearly every full-skirted, oversized fur was a visual feast of geometric color blocking or spiky, textured zigzags.
