Last night, Novis designer Jordana Warmflash hosted a cocktail party on the sundeck of the Gansevoort Park Avenue celebrating Tony-nominated actress Annaleigh Ashford from Kinky Boots. We sat down with new gal pals Jordana and Annaleigh to discuss their summer plans and fashion faves…

How do you two know each other?
Jordana Warmflash: We have actually been dressing Annaleigh for the whole Tonys award season.
Annaleigh Ashford: Every single outfit! Even tonight! Her clothes are so beautiful! They are fresh and contemporary and chic, with a nod to a vintage style!

Summer wardrobe must-have?
JW: Havaiana flip-flops for running around the garment district!
AA: I would have to say a ponytail holder! I know that may sound strange, but I just need my hair off of my neck.

Summer bucket list, please! 
JW: I actually already crossed one off: I rode five rollercoasters at Six Flags New England last week!
AA: I’m getting married! I'm so excited! If only I knew Jordana earlier; she’d be designing my wedding dress right about now.

Vogue hilariously brought Katy Perry to a chicken coop in Southern California for her first maje feature with them. This shot has the undeniable stamp of Annie Leibovitz written all over it, and was styled by Tonne Goodman. The shocker in the piece is the "Fireworks" singer telling writer Vicki Woods that she hasn't heard from Russell Brand since he texted her in 2011 wanting a divorce. Ouch. She also opens up about John Mayer, saying: “Beautiful mind, tortured soul. I do have to figure out why I am attracted to these broken birds.” Double ouch.

It was announced this morning that Cher (!!!!) will be doing a live performance at New York's Pier Dance on gay pride day later this month and the boys are in a tizzy. Cher is pulling out all the Cher these days to promote her 26th album, Closer To The Truth. If you won't be rolling with the boys later this month, you can catch her debut her new single on The Voice tonight.
