Chic caught up with Ed Helms and Sigourney Weaver at the Cinema Society & Altoids screening to ask, you know, the important stuff.

MIDWESTERN LIVING, PART 1! With Ed Helms
What’s the wackiest thing you’ve done on a business trip?
When I was on The Daily Show, I went to some political function in D.C. and ended up riding a luggage cart down the driveway of a hotel while wearing a tuxedo.
What’s your biggest Midwestern quality?
I like apple pie with cheese on it.

MIDWESTERN LIVING, PART 2! With Sigourney Weaver
What’s the wackiest thing you’ve done on a business trip?
I worked on Capitol Hill once…for a Republican. That’s pretty wacky.
What’s your biggest Midwestern quality?
I really mean what I say.

Was that Chloë and her mom Janine we spotted at Nur Khan's Friday night bash at Don Hill's? Indeed. (Paul was spinning.)

Are you guys getting crazy all night?
Chloë [looking pointedly at her mom]: We’re only having one drink tonight.
Does your mom give you great advice to live by?
Chloë: Every day! I call her daily for advice. It could be how to cook an artichoke. She gets mad if I don’t!
Any big Valentine’s Day plans?
Chloë: I’m kind of seeing a boy and I said, “No, pressure; let’s just cook at my house.” It’s more fun.
Janine: I’m celebrating in Aspen!

Did you do any research for your Gossip Girl turn as an intern at W?
Definitely not.
What do you think it’d be like to work there?
As a person who’s been fortunate enough to work at a young age, I sort of romanticize the idea of an internship.

In the Tents? Join the club. Stop by the CIRCA lounge and check out accessories from a select group of top CFDA designers, such as Vera Wang, Tory Burch, Dennis Basso, and Elie Tahari. All year long, CIRCA will support the industry by donating 10% of the purchase price of designated jewelry purchases from the public to the CFDA. Last night, Steven Kolb, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, and CIRCA's own Chris Del Gatto toasted the lounge's official opening. Check out the Gallery for more pics.

(PARIS) With the rumor mill in overdrive about Carla Bruni-Sarkozy’s next projects, her agent, Bertrand de Labbey, has come forward to set the record straight: Carla is working on a new album, a forth disc for the former super turned first lady by day, singer-songwriter by night. De Labbey confirmed to the AFP on Friday that the album was not being recorded in Los Angeles, as previously reported, but was currently being produced “in a music studio in Paris.” Score one for France! But as first ladies Michelle Obama and Samantha Cameron face ever increasing pressure to champion their home grown fashion industries, one wonders whether Bruni-Sarkozy, a natural choice for such a role, will stay in the studio during the upcoming Paris collections or finally take a position fostering young talent on the French fashion scene?
